New Pricing for ATTEST Call Recording — More Power for a Better Price

CyberTwice announces updated pricing for ATTEST Call Recording with substantially reduced monthly base fees and audio transcription included as standard across all packages.

Pricing Attest

CyberTwice has announced updated pricing for ATTEST Call Recording, effective February 1, 2026. The new structure features substantially reduced monthly base fees while including audio transcription as a standard feature across all packages.

CyberGate Built-in Recording vs. ATTEST

CyberGate's native capability provides complimentary recording of audio and video from connected devices (IP intercoms, paging systems, cameras) to Teams with a fixed 10-day retention window stored in Azure.

ATTEST extends this functionality as a standalone solution offering Teams call recording with customizable retention periods (1-12 months), automatic audio transcription for keyword searching, and the ability to record device-to-Teams interactions plus Teams-to-Teams communications including screen content.

Pricing Tiers (Effective Feb 1, 2026)

Four packages restructured with lower entry costs: Per User at $9.95/month (1 user, 5 recording hours), Starter at $55/month (unlimited users, 50 recording hours), SMB at $185/month (150 recording hours), and Business at $595/month (500 recording hours).

Key Changes

All pricing is consumption-based — fees apply only when usage exceeds included monthly quotas. The pricing structure now incorporates transcription as standard rather than an add-on, with reduced per-gigabyte storage costs. This update reflects lower base fees and better storage rates, making longer retention periods more economical.
