four steps
Activate ATTEST Replay in your Microsoft Teams environment by following these steps.
Step 1: Login to CyberGate Management Portal
Log in to the CyberGate Management Portal Sign in with the Microsoft account that belongs to your Teams tenant.
Step 2: Enable Call Recording
Switch on recording for the CyberGate connected SIP devices you want ATTEST to capture.
Step 3: Get ATTEST Replay App in Teams
Install the ATTEST Replay app from the Microsoft Teams app store. It is free once ATTEST is active for your tenant.
Step 4: Configure Permissions
Assign who can access which recordings through role-based access control in the ATTEST Management Portal, integrated with your Microsoft Active Directory.
