Enterprise Facilities

Enterprise campus with multiple buildings had standalone intercom systems. Reception staff needed to physically monitor desk phones, causing delays and poor visitor experience.

CyberGate Ringing intercom

Managing a large campus with multiple buildings presents unique challenges, particularly when it comes to perimeter security and visitor experience. The intercom systems operated as standalone 'islands' of hardware. This forced our reception and security staff to be physically tethered to desk phones to manage building access. The result was a fragmented workflow: missed calls, inconsistent visitor wait times, and the overall experience didn’t reflect the aimed service.

By choosing CyberGate, we bridged the gap between existing hardware and Microsoft Teams, moving intercom management to the cloud and eliminating the need for complex on-site configuration and extra wiring.
