CyberGate Actionable Intelligence: Audit Trail — NEW Call Log Feature

CyberTwice has introduced two major features for the CyberGate Management Portal: an enhanced Call Log system and an improved Read-Only Audit Trail, both designed to provide operational visibility and compliance support.

Call Log Feature

The new Call Log functionality addresses previously unavailable metrics: daily call volume per device, visitor-to-Teams user connection rates, average wait times before call answers, identity of Teams users handling intercom calls and access decisions, typical call durations by location, and call initiation patterns from Teams to intercoms.

Captured Intelligence

Event types tracked include Call Created, Established, Terminated, Recording Started/Stopped, Destination Status, and DTMF Tone tracking for door unlock codes. Call statuses are categorized as Established, Declined, Missed, Cancelled, or Error.

The system logs who (source/destination), when (timestamps and duration), and what (bidirectional call tracking between devices and Teams). Supported devices include IP Video Intercoms, IP Speakers, IP Paging systems, and SIP-enabled IP CCTV Cameras.

Read-Only Audit Trail

The Audit Trail captures every system action tied to specific user IDs, including successful logins and administrative modifications. Tracked actions include license quantity updates, device additions and deletions, device property modifications, and Multi Ring Group setup with supervisor assignments.

Administrators can export the complete audit trail to a CSV file with a single click for compliance and security reviews. CSV export is available now with configurable retention, and a public API is planned for H1 2026.
