CyberTrack Recording Now Natively Integrated with QuandaGo Platform

CyberTwice is proud to announce a strategic milestone in collaboration with QuandaGo. The integration of CyberTwice’s CyberTrack  recording solution into the QuandaGo platform is now live — delivering enhanced compliance and communication insight for enterprise customers.
This integration marks the next step in our mission to enable organizations to Capture, Control, Communicate, and Comply using Microsoft Teams. CyberTrack , our State-of-the-art recording solution, now enriches the QuandaGo customer experience with secure, compliant, and easily accessible recordings of Microsoft Teams meetings, calls, and omnichannel interactions — all within a unified contact center environment. Recording of 4-party calls for compliance purposes is a good example.
To celebrate this achievement, our teams gathered at the QuandaGo office for the go-live of our first joint customer. The occasion was marked in classic Dutch style... with cake!
